Job summary

Ascendion in Kraków, Poland, seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive sales enablement initiatives across the region. You will coordinate multi-country programs, align stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of enablement activities across teams.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication in English, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, international environment. Experience with data tracking and governance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in sales operations, enablement, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, teams or countries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools and data tracking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of sales enablement initiatives across the Region.
• Track execution milestones and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver enablement activities across multiple Countries and Teams.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas, decisions, and next steps.
• Manage project documentation, status reports, meeting notes and action logs.
• Identify risks and dependencies, escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure consistency across EMEA markets while accommodating local needs.
• Measure progress and impact with defined KPIs and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of enablement processes and governance.
