Responsibilities

• Определять видение и стратегию программной платформы для рынков Центральной Европы
• Строить и поддерживать региональную дорожную карту для всех продуктов Центральной Европы
• Владеть структурированным бэклогом потребностей пользователей и идей функций
• Определять требования к UI и моделированию и работать с локальными и центральными командами
• Возглавлять кросс-функциональную команду инженеров, продакт-менеджеров и аналитиков
• Развивать отношения с клиентами, глубоко понимать требования клиентов и управлять отзывами
• Создавать и развивать команду продукта Центральной Европы, обеспечивая менторство и развитие сотрудников

Aurora’s Software Analytics team is building the global investment analytics platform for the energy transition. It is a seamlessly integrated suite of software products allowing our users to value and benchmark any asset or portfolio, under any business model and market scenario, anywhere in the world. Widely adopted by leading energy companies and investors, the platform changes the way that energy market analytics is performed and delivered.

Задачи:

• You will play a key role in defining the vision and strategy for our software platform in the Central Europe markets
• You will build and maintain the regional roadmap for all Central Europe, software products making key decisions on feature prioritisation, in line with product vision and strategy
• You will own and manage a structured backlog of user needs and feature ideas
• You will define requirements for UI and modelling features of our Central European software, and you will work with local and central technical teams to design solutions meeting these requirements
• You will play a leading role in a cross-functional team of highly skilled software engineers, product managers, modellers, research analysts, commercial and customer success representatives in continuous product delivery
• You will develop and manage client relationships, develop in-depth understanding of client requirements, and manage user feedback
• You will build and manage the Central Europe, software product team, fostering positive working culture and providing mentorship and development opportunities for the team

Требования:

• Minimum 3-6 years of professional experience at a major consultancy, energy company, software company, financial services company, or other knowledge-focused firm or institution
• Proven track record of successfully managing large complex projects or products that require significant cross-functional coordination
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Good understanding of energy markets
• Results-driven, with a high degree of persistence in reaching goals and a hands-on approach to ensuring targets are achieved
• Professional proficiency in English, as well as in either of German or Polish
