Qualifications

• Seniority with +5 years of experience within IS & Operations.
• Understanding of discreet manufacturing processes is desirable.
• Understanding of MES/ECS and MoM/MES software solutions.
• Thorough knowledge of IT service management (ITIL).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with factories and key users to align on drivers and objectives.
• Provide trainings and knowledge transfer on deployed system capabilities.
• Audit applications usage and drive usage of full features.
• Manage lifecycle of incidents & change requests per SLA.
• Ensure applications availability, performance, and security.
