Job summary

Jabil seeks a Regional IT Support Developer with a MES focus to join our European IT team and support MES4.0 ecosystem source code across the region. The role involves L3 code-level support, troubleshooting complex issues, and participating in a 24/7 regional rotation for business-critical MES applications.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in application development or support, with strong skills in Angular, .NET, C#, SQL, RabbitMQ, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, EKS, and AWS services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in application development and/or application support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 code-level support for MES applications and other critical regional systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues including code, database, interfaces, and integrations.
• Participate in regional support rotation to provide 7x24 coverage for MES applications.
• Lead major incident calls and contribute to problem management follow-ups.
• Build local environments for bug fixing and testing of corrections.
• Analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain components using Angular, .NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL, and RabbitMQ.
• Support MES ecosystem integrations with other business and manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with Site SMEs, Digital Factory, IT Support, Infra, DevOps, and DBA teams.
• Participate in regional and cross-functional IT projects, offering technical expertise and development support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Propose and implement improvements to increase reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Assist in testing, deployment validation, and post-release stabilization activities.
