Job summary

Capgemini Engineering Opole invites an experienced MES Project Manager to lead the re deployment across 16 production lines in a global consumer goods environment. You will lead a diverse mix of on-site and remote IT/OT specialists, ensuring delivery on scope, time and budget.

You will apply PMP/PRINCE2 methods, drive RAID governance, and align IT and OT with ISA-95 standards, in a fast-paced industrial setting offering hybrid work and strong opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5–12+ years of experience managing manufacturing IT/OT programs with MES/ERP.
• Proven delivery leadership with on-site and remote teams and strong governance.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification; familiarity with ISA‑95 and Purdue Model.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MES re-deployment across 16 production lines.
• Coordinate a mixed team of on-site and remote MES, IT and OT staff.
• Implement RAID logs, change control, milestone tracking and reporting.
• Oversee shopfloor connectivity re-implementation and IT/OT alignment.
• Serve as primary client contact, manage expectations and escalations.
