Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or commercial leadership.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams with direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in at least one additional language relevant to the EEMEA region.
• Experience managing sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional sales operations to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets across the EEMEA territory.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with country and EMEA priorities, ensuring a sustainable pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing sales team, driving performance against activity and conversion metrics.
• Manage regional budgets and track financial performance, taking corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare systems, strategic accounts, and stakeholders to expand market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless customer experience and order fulfillment.
• Analyze sales performance data and implement actions to improve outcomes.
• Lead complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers, advancing therapy adoption and market development initiatives.
