Job summary

NIQ is seeking an EEMEAI Marketing Effectiveness Leader in Warsaw to drive the regional commercial performance across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. You will lead a four‑person regional team and own the revenue targets while expanding NIQ's MMM capabilities with key clients.

You bring hands‑on MMM experience, can explain model design and outputs to executives, and translate analytics into clear business implications. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing effectiveness or related fields.
• Proven regional leadership across multiple countries.
• Accountability for revenue targets and pipeline.
• Deep knowledge of marketing effectiveness and MMM.
• Experience in model development, validation, or delivery.
• Ability to explain MMM to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue targets for EEMEAI.
• Set growth plans and maintain pipeline visibility.
• Expand relationships with clients across sectors.
• Lead client discussions from proposals to close.
• Identify opportunities and adjust regional plans.
• Coach a four-person regional team.
• Coordinate pipeline reviews and forecasting.
• Allocate resources to high-potential opportunities.
• Foster collaboration across commercial and delivery teams.
