NielsenIQ in Warsaw is seeking an EEMEAI Leader for Media Analytics and Marketing Effectiveness to drive revenue and growth across EEMEAI. You will lead a four-person regional team, own the regional plan, manage pipelines, and collaborate with sales, analytics, and delivery to translate complex MMM insights into client outcomes.

The role requires deep knowledge of marketing effectiveness, MMM, and strong executive communication across multi-country markets, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in marketing effectiveness, analytics, or related leadership roles.
• Proven revenue target delivery and pipeline management across multiple countries.
• Deep knowledge of MMM, marketing mix modeling, and related analytics.

Aufgaben

• Own and secure annual/quarterly revenue targets across EEMEAI.
• Set growth plans, manage pipeline visibility, and balance opportunities.
• Develop new business and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Lead senior client conversations, proposals, and negotiations to close.
• Coach a regional four-person team and set clear performance expectations.
• Collaborate with country leaders, sales, analytics, and product stakeholders.
