Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Regional Lead to drive end-to-end real estate and corporate security execution across an international region. You will lead a team, manage outsourced delivery, and align portfolio strategy with business priorities while controlling cost, quality, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field required.
• 12–15+ years of experience in international real estate, facilities, and/or corporate security leadership.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Proven experience operating in complex, multi-country environments.
• Strong experience managing outsourced delivery models and third-party vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence decision-making.
• Experience managing multi-asset portfolios (offices, clinics, labs, manufacturing).
• Strong understanding of global regulatory environments and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution in decentralized environments.
• This position requires approximately 25% to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end real estate portfolio strategy for the assigned international region.
• Direct site-level real estate activities, including transactions and space planning.
• Lead outsourced delivery with brokers, CPMs, and facilities/security providers.
• Ensure governance, costs, quality, and risk are controlled across the region.
• Partner with country managers and regional leaders to align strategies with business needs.
• Oversee corporate security execution and incident response coordination.
• Monitor regional market conditions and report on portfolio performance.
