Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a senior Business Development professional to lead growth through M&A and Commercial JV opportunities within a Europe-wide framework. You will build a robust pipeline, evaluate strategic fit, and guide end-to-end transaction execution from assessment to closing.

You will develop financial models, business cases, and investment recommendations, coordinating due diligence across legal, tax, and finance teams, while engaging senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Academic degree or equivalent in business management, economics, or scientific subjects.
• Experience in M&A, strategic partnerships, Commercial JV transactions, corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the dialysis market and provider business models.
• Experience in analyzing, communicating and presenting financial and operational data to internal customers at all hierarchy levels.

Responsabilités

• Identify, assess, and advance growth opportunities through M&A, JVs, strategic partnerships, and portfolio optimization.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of M&A and JV opportunities, evaluating strategic fit and feasibility.
• Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, divestment, and JV transactions from opportunity assessment to closing.
• Develop financial analyses, business cases, and investment recommendations for decision-making.
• Coordinate and oversee due diligence across commercial, financial, operational, legal, tax, and compliance.
• Structure, negotiate, and execute transactions with sellers, buyers, investors, and JV partners.
• Collaborate with Business, Finance, Legal and external advisors to ensure transaction delivery.
• Support post-transaction integration, synergy realization, and value creation.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and investment proposals for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic growth.
