Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Head of Cloud Operations in Poland to lead a team responsible for the operational ownership of Azure, Microsoft 365, and Identity services. You will guide the team through complex incidents, improve automation and monitoring, and partner with architecture and engineering to evolve cloud platforms.

The role combines technical leadership with people management to deliver stable, well-managed cloud services and continuous improvement in operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams responsible for cloud platforms or enterprise IT operations.
• Solid understanding of Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Experience operating production platforms and managing complex incidents or challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cloud Operations team and foster ownership, collaboration and operational excellence.
• Ensure reliable operation and ownership of Azure, Microsoft 365, and Identity services.
• Oversee 3rd level support for complex incidents and platform issues.
• Act as leader and escalation point for cloud and identity topics.
• Drive automation, monitoring, incident management and operational process improvements.
• Partner with architects and engineering teams to evolve cloud and identity platforms.
