Job summary

Biogen Poland, based in Warsaw, seeks a Senior HR Operations Specialist to support HR processes for new hires, employees, and HR Partners across the region. You will resolve complex issues with CoEs, manage payroll and benefits in specific regions, and drive KPI attainment while updating SOPs and participating in knowledge sharing.

You will collaborate with HR Partners and CoEs, contribute to reporting and process improvements, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• At least 2 years of general HR, benefits, or payroll experience.
• Ability to interpret HR policies and procedures.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
• Fluent English and French required.
• Proactive, service-oriented with training mindset.

About This Role:

In the role of Senior HR Operations Specialist, you will be a key member of our HR team, ensuring seamless operational support to new hires, current, and former employees, as well as HR Partners within your designated region. Your responsibilities will include managing complex problem resolution and case management, requiring an understanding of country-specific labor regulations to deliver exceptional service. You will be responsible for executing HR processes and, in certain regions, overseeing benefits, time and attendance, and payroll activities. Liaising with HR Partners and Centers of Excellence (CoEs), you will deliver timely and quality service, meeting established KPIs. Your role will also involve identifying process improvements to enhance customer focus and drive cost and time effectiveness. Positioned within our broader HR structure, your contributions will enhance workforce management, system updates, reporting, and employee experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide HR operational support to new hires, current and former employees, and HR Partners in your region.

• Deliver HR processes and manage benefits, time, attendance, and payroll in specific regions.
• Achieve set KPIs and goals while adhering to established customer service standards.

• Perform special projects as assigned by the management team.
• Respect internal rules and legal standards, reporting any safety or quality-related information as per company protocols.

This role is in hybrid model of work. Please note that the role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
