Job summary

Mid-Sized Global Pharmaceutical is seeking an experienced marketing leader to own the Generics & Biosimilars portfolio across a multi-country cluster, with Poland, Baltics and Ukraine in scope.

You will translate global strategy into country execution, build regional plans, lead Brand Managers and drive portfolio performance, ROI and market access collaboration.

This role requires strong leadership, cross-country coordination and a track record of scaling operations across diverse markets.

• Lead the Affordable portfolio across the cluster.
• Drive portfolio performance, market share, ROI and commercial results.
• Translate global strategy into country-level plans.
• Develop and execute regional Generics and Biosimilar strategies.
• Collaborate with Global teams to provide market intelligence and challenge assumptions.
