Job summary

ALPLA Group in Poland seeks a Mechanical Engineer to lead technical planning, plant design, and project execution across the CEE region. You will create CAD layouts for new plants and expansions, define technical specs, and coordinate infra projects with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• First work experience in mechanical engineering.
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of various types of equipment.
• Experience in installation management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Hands-on and pragmatic with objective-focus.
• Team player with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Technical planning, contractor selection, and project execution across ALPLA plants in the CEE Region.
• Define technical specifications based on project requirements and standards.
• Plan technical solutions and plant setups across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and maintenance.
• Create CAD layouts for plants, expansions, and adaptations (buildings, energy, utilities, machinery).
• Tendering and supplier selection for infrastructure and construction works.
• Execute installations and changes per project management guidelines.
• Ensure infrastructure acceptance in the CEE region.
• Collaborate with local, regional and global technical counterparts.
