Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering, technical, or product development teams.
• Strong track record of managing complex technical projects within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Solid understanding of product development, engineering, manufacturing preparation, and operational processes.
• Experience in process improvement, organizational development, and implementation of engineering standards and best practices.
• Strong project and resource management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, operational excellence, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams responsible for product development, engineering excellence, and successful project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and optimization of engineering, development, and production preparation processes.
• Ensure effective translation of product concepts and engineering solutions into scalable, high-quality manufacturing and operational processes.
• Oversee the development, quality, and governance of technical documentation, product structures, and engineering standards supporting business operations.
• Manage complex engineering and product development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
• Define priorities, allocate resources, monitor project progress, and proactively manage risks to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Build high-performing teams through talent development, succession planning, capability assessment, and recruitment of key competencies.
• Establish effective organizational structures, clear accountability, and strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, procurement, and other business functions.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools that enhance efficiency, quality, innovation, and operational performance.
• Identify and execute initiatives that improve productivity, cost efficiency, process effectiveness, and overall organizational performance.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies, engineering solutions, and industry best practices to support business growth and competitiveness.
