Job summary

Flex seeks a Regional Cost Accounting Manager to support profitability analyses for EMEA and USA, and to lead SAP S/4HANA implementation across sites in Dundalk, Ireland, Poland (Tczew/Bielsko-Biala). A hands-on, proactive finance professional with strong Excel/Power BI skills will contribute to decision-making and process improvement.

You will interact with diverse teams in a fast‑paced, international environment, traveling up to 50% and working closely with shared services and leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing finance role.
• Higher education in economics with professional accounting qualifications (CIMA/ACMA/CGMA/ACCA).
• Knowledge of P&L structure and cost allocation to projects; project accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Director in assessing profitability for EMEA and USA.
• Implement SAP S/4HANA and travel to different sites.
• Provide site teams with technical assistance (SAP, OneStream, Excel) and troubleshoot as needed.
• Prepare data analyses and recommend actions to senior management.
• Collaborate on forecast month-end closing processes.
