Job summary

Flex is seeking a Regional Cost Accounting Manager to support profitability analysis for EMEA and USA, with hands-on SAP S/4HANA and OneStream responsibilities across sites in Poland or Ireland. You will interact with diverse teams, provide technical system support, and drive data-driven recommendations.

The role requires 5+ years in a manufacturing cost accounting setting, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a similar cost accounting/finance role in manufacturing.
Strong understanding of P&L structure and cost allocation to projects.
Proficient in Excel and analytical tools (Power BI); knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and OneStream is a plus.
Familiarity with US-GAAP; ability to interface with US/EMEA teams.
Excellent written and spoken English; travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

Support Financial Director in assessing profitability of EMEA and USA businesses.
Implement SAP S/4HANA and travel to different sites.
Provide site teams with technical assistance (systems, SAP, OneStream, Excel) and troubleshoot as needed.
Prepare data analyses for senior management and make recommendations.
Collaborate on forecasting and month-end close processes.
Generate/Review financial KPIs and ensure data consistency across locations.
