The role requires 5+ years in a manufacturing cost accounting setting, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar cost accounting/finance role in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of P&L structure and cost allocation to projects.
• Proficient in Excel and analytical tools (Power BI); knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and OneStream is a plus.
• Familiarity with US-GAAP; ability to interface with US/EMEA teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Director in assessing profitability of EMEA and USA businesses.
• Implement SAP S/4HANA and travel to different sites.
• Provide site teams with technical assistance (systems, SAP, OneStream, Excel) and troubleshoot as needed.
• Prepare data analyses for senior management and make recommendations.
• Collaborate on forecasting and month-end close processes.
• Generate/Review financial KPIs and ensure data consistency across locations.
