Knauf Gypsum Northern and Eastern Europe is seeking a Regional Commercial Excellence & Digital Marketing Manager. The role leads digital experience and user insights initiatives, including website performance, SEO, social media, marketing automation, and digital asset management, while monitoring KPIs and driving adoption across local markets.

You will partner with market teams in a multinational environment, supporting a commercial excellence toolbox and leveraging Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach.
• Solid project and program management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic and creative thinker who partners with markets to develop localized adoption measures.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel (30%).

Responsibilities

• Drive digital experience and user insights initiatives, including website performance, SEO, social media, marketing automation, digital performance reporting, and digital asset management.
• Support and implement a commercial excellence toolbox with CRM software (Salesforce) and related tools.
• Partner with Commercial Excellence / Digital change owners and market teams to align on adoption strategies and targets.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, CPA, pipeline growth) to inform decisions and optimize performance.
• Plan and rollout new commercial and digital initiatives to local markets to foster adoption.
