• Define and communicate individual and team metrics.
• Lead the team in delivering candidates across a range of roles.
• Develop and apply creative sourcing strategies for the client.
• Assign resources and responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain strong stakeholder and line manager relationships.
• Communicate with the client to identify needs and solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction.
• Serve as subject matter expert on KF Recruit and client ATS.
