Job description

We’re looking for a dedicated Blades technicians Recruiter to join our dynamic Sourcing team in Poland/Szczecin . In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our global wind projects by ensuring the right technicians are placed at the right time and place to deliver safe, compliant, and high-performance work.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and match candidates to technical project needs in close collaboration with Operations and Planning teams.

• Manage job advertisements, applications, and interview coordination for blade roles.

• Maintain and update a comprehensive international technician database, ensuring candidate certifications and compliance are tracked.

• Build a steady pipeline of skilled Blade technicians aligned with current and future project requirements.

• Coordinate with third-party recruitment suppliers and manage candidate agreements and onboarding.

• Develop and refine sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and speed to hire.

• Support ongoing workforce planning and forecasting alongside project planners.

• Use internal systems and digital tools for candidate tracking and reporting.

• Assist in general recruitment admin and support ad-hoc hiring needs as they arise.

You hold a relevant qualification, ideally in HR or recruitment, and have hands-on experience recruiting technical personnel—preferably in the wind, energy, construction, or engineering sectors.

You also bring:

• Strong understanding of technical job profiles and workforce requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Structured and detail-oriented approach to managing data and candidate pipelines

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)

• Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms

• A team-oriented, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
