Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Recruitment Partner - EMEA to serve as a main contact for Hiring Managers across several countries. The role sits within the Global Talent Management Team and collaborates with HR, Compensation, Benefits and Operations.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, actively search for candidates, and build relationships with job-seekers. The position is based in Warsaw with hybrid work and travel 0-10%.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in full-cycle (E2E) recruitment.
• Advanced verbal and written English.
• Experience with HR systems and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with remote stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple cases at once.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for various positions for multiple countries with strong hiring-manager partnership.
• Proactive search for potential candidates and inviting them to participate in recruitment processes.
• Build positive, long-term relationships with job-seekers interested in joining Elanco.
• Escalate issues when required and work with appropriate parties to resolve.
• Educate hiring managers on Elanco's roles, responsibilities and recruitment processes.
• Partner with HR, Compensation and Benefits teams to manage recruiting processes.

Your role: Recruitment Partner - EMEA

As a Recruitment Partner - EMEA , you will be a main point of contact in the area of recruitment for Hiring Managers in several countries. You will be a member of our Global Talent Management Team based in various places across the globe and work closely with hiring managers, candidates and multiple other teams e.g. HR, Compensation, Benefits and Operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Full life cycle recruiting (briefing, posting, screening, interviewing, negotiating and hiring) for various positions, with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership as well as excellent candidate experience.
• Proactive search for potential candidates for our positions and inviting them to take part in our recruitment processes, highlighting the exciting career opportunities and incredible culture at Elanco.
• Building positive and long-term relationships with existing and potential job-seekers who might be interested in joining our company.
• Escalating issues when required and working with appropriate parties to resolve.
• Educating hiring managers on Elanco's roles and responsibilities, as well as recruitment processes for assigned business areas.
• Partnering with HR, Compensation and/or Benefits teams to manage recruiting, hiring processes and/or system issues.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• A proven track record in handling full-cycle (E2E) recruitment processes.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with HR systems and willingness to learn new processes.
• Ability to deal with remote stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple cases at one time.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Proficiency in an additional European language, with a preference for Spanish or Italian.
• Experience in SSC/BPO sector.
