Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Recruitment Partner - EMEA in Warsaw, Poland, to serve as the main recruiting contact for Hiring Managers across multiple countries. You will join the Global Talent Management Team, collaborating with HR, Compensation, Benefits and Operations to fill roles with a strong emphasis on candidate experience.

The role requires full life cycle recruitment expertise, excellent English, and comfort working with remote stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in full-cycle (E2E) recruitment.
• Advanced verbal and written English.
• Experience with HR systems and willingness to learn new processes.
• Ability to deal with remote stakeholders daily.
• Attention to detail and multi-case management.
• Strong written communication and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting (briefing, posting, screening, interviewing, negotiating and hiring) for various positions.
• Proactive search for potential candidates and outreach highlighting opportunities and culture.
• Build positive, long-term relationships with job-seekers and hiring managers.
• Escalate issues when required and coordinate resolution.
• Educate hiring managers on Elanco’s recruitment processes and roles.
• Partner with HR, Compensation and Benefits teams to manage processes or systems.

Your role:

Recruitment Partner - EMEA

As a Recruitment Partner - EMEA , you will be a main point of contact in the area of recruitment for Hiring Managers in several countries. You will be a member of our Global Talent Management Team based in various places across the globe and work closely with hiring managers, candidates and multiple other teams e.g. HR, Compensation, Benefits and Operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Full life cycle recruiting (briefing, posting, screening, interviewing, negotiating and hiring) for various positions, with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership as well as excellent candidate experience.
• Proactive search for potential candidates for our positions and inviting them to take part in our recruitment processes, highlighting the exciting career opportunities and incredible culture at Elanco.
• Building positive and long-term relationships with existing and potential job-seekers who might be interested in joining our company.
• Escalating issues when required and working with appropriate parties to resolve.
• Educatinghiring managers onElanco’sroles and responsibilities, as well as recruitment processesfor assigned business areas.
• Partnering with HR, Compensation and/or Benefits teams to manage recruiting, hiring processes and/or system issues.
  

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• A proven track record in handling full-cycle (E2E) recruitment processes.
• Advancedverbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with HR systems and willingness to learn new processes.
• Ability to deal with remote stakeholderson a daily basis.
• Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple cases at one time.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
  

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Proficiency in an additional European language, with a preference for Spanish or Italian.
• Experience in SSC/BPO sector.
