Job summary

Zexter is seeking a skilled Middle Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers to define requirements and priorities.

The role emphasizes building strong talent pipelines, proactive sourcing of passive candidates, and delivering a positive candidate experience. English and Russian fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry preferred.
• Experience recruiting for different roles across functions.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, including passive candidates.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Experience working with ATS; Teamtailor experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Russian, with strong communication skills.

Middle Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Middle Recruiter to join our team and manage full-cycle recruitment across different functions and levels.

In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting to offer acceptance and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and initial assessments.

• Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations to stakeholders.

• Coordinate the hiring process and support offer negotiations.

• Participate in intake meetings and help define job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.

Sourcing & Employer Branding

• Use multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.

• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates.

• Represent the company professionally throughout the recruitment process and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and professional networks when needed.

Recruitment Operations & Analytics

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.

• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline status.

• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate experience.

• Follow internal recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations.

• Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

• 1–2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, either in-house, agency-side, or a combination of both.

• At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry is preferred, with a relevant professional network.

• Experience recruiting for different professional, technical, corporate, or operational roles.

• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, including experience working with passive candidates.

• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with ATS systems; Teamtailor experience is an advantage.

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

• Fluency in English and Russian, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience working in an international or fast-growing company.

• Experience recruiting across different functions and/or geographies.

• Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing.

• Experience working with recruitment agencies and external sourcing partners.

• HR or Talent Acquisition certification is a plus.
