Job summary

AMS is seeking a Dutch-speaking Talent Sourcing Specialist to support MSD in hiring blue-collar talent across manufacturing, production, warehouse and skilled trades. You will partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to craft effective sourcing strategies and engage candidates through multiple channels.

You will build talent pools, maintain CRM data, and ensure high-quality candidate experiences while collaborating with the TA team and client services.

Qualifications

• Excellent Dutch language skills, written and spoken.
• Proven sourcing skills to identify blue-collar talent across manufacturing, production, warehouse and skilled trades.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• Fully utilize ATS to maintain data accuracy and reflect activity status.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to capture detailed role briefs.
• Source candidates via multiple channels and build talent pools for future reference.

Talent Sourcing Specialistsplay a key role in our clients’ success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them. Through asking the right questions to ensure a detailed understanding of the client and each role, and by leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis, they develop bespoke sourcing strategies and then use a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market.

Talent Sourcing Specialistsare brand ambassadors for our clients, bringing each opportunity to life with candidates in a compelling and authentic way to ensure they are qualified, interested, and engaged before being presented to the Hiring Manager.

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Talent Sourcing Specialist, who will join our TA Team supporting MSD in hiring for blue-collar talent across manufacturing, production, warehouse and skilled-trades.

Key Accountabilities

• Fully utilize relevant ATS (Applicant Tracking System) ensuring that activities are conducted within the ATS as appropriate, that data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes and that it accurately reflects the status of all activity
• Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions
• Proactively source and identify candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites) utilizing Channel Activation Matrices or other directions as appropriate. Employ innovative techniques to identify elusive talent in the market
• Develop own network of sector-specific candidates and utilize networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (i.e. referrals from referrals, cold-calling, etc.)
• Engage with identified candidates to qualify suitability for the role, to sell the role and prospective Client and to encourage candidate to actively apply for role
• Build and develop talent pools of qualified candidates (prior to application or post application as directed), utilizing CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) technology where appropriate, managing candidate communications as directed to ensure talent pools remain relevant
• Ensure regular communication with Client Services team to understand on-going requirements and to share progress of activity
• Follow feedback from Client Services team on candidates submitted, ensure that all applicant records are updated in the ATS with applicants being rejected as appropriate and suitable applicants moved to talent pools for future reference
• Maintain agreed service levels and targets
• Appropriately escalates any issues in relation to the supply of effectiveness
• Upon application, screen and qualify candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, permission to represent) in order to create long-lists recruitment services as appropriate

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent Dutch, both written and spoken
• Demonstrated sourcing skills with strong ability to identify and engage blue-collar talent across manufacturing, production, warehouse, and skilled trades
• Proficiency in ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
• Ability to attract and engage both active and passive candidates through social media, networking, and direct sourcing
• Expertise in talent mapping, pipeline building, and market research
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to build effective partnerships with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Business Leaders
