Job summary

SimCorp seeks a Reconciliation Specialist to join ourFinTech team in Warsaw. You will handle reconciliation across cash, trades and positions, investigate breaks, prepare reports, and coordinate with custodians and clients to ensure timely issue resolution.

The role requires a finance degree, strong knowledge of capital market products, and excellent English communication. We value analytical thinkers who thrive in an international environment and are comfortable with MS Office and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent
• Experience in reconciliation or investment operations is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Capital Market products and instruments

Responsibilities

• Action daily tasks and monitor workflow of processes
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and issues
• Prepare monthly reports
• Monitor email and respond timely
• Post cash adjustments in the system
• Daily reconciliation of Cash, Trades and Positions on client accounts
• Coordinate with third-party managers and custodians to resolve issues
• Maintain procedures and ongoing training
• Contribute to reports to management
• Adhere to SLA and KPI metrics
• Investigate complex cases with custodians
