AXA XL, based in Wroclaw, is seeking an Analyst in Reconciliation Management with Italian/French language skills. The role focuses on data accuracy, premium accounting, and resolving mismatches across AXA XL teams in London and India. You will learn Lloyd's market nuances and contribute to process improvements.

The position offers growth within a fast-growing company and cross-functional exposure across international teams. Fluency in English and Italian or French (min. B2) is essential.

Competenze

• University degree or relevant experience.
• Proven experience in data analysis or technical accounting.
• Fluency in English and Italian or French (min. B2).

Mansioni

• Maintain records of investigations through to resolution.
• Obtain approvals for changes per rules and sums involved.
• Update AXA XL systems to enable reconciliation.
• Investigate third-party/broker queries and Lloyd's processes.
• Liaise with bureau/brokers to arrange corrections.
• Coordinate with underwriting to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare and review information on data differences.
• Respond to internal/external queries promptly.
• Support process improvements and enterprise operations projects.
