AXA XL in Wroclaw, Poland is seeking an Analyst, Policy Management with German for an 18-month fixed-term contract. You will handle insurance data entry, analyze contract financials, and produce reports while ensuring data quality.

Fluency in English and German is essential, along with strong Excel and organizational skills. Reporting to the local Assistant Manager, you will engage in documentation production, sanctions checks, and process optimization in a multinational environment at AXA XL,

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) at least B2 level.
• University degree or relevant experience is required.
• Excellent data processing and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Accurate and timely entry of insurance data into AXA XL systems.
• Analyze and present insurance contract financial data.
• Produce monitoring reports and handle exceptions promptly.
• Resolve data quality issues accurately and quickly.
• Prepare insurance documentation (certificates, endorsements, policy wordings).
• Perform clearance and sanctions checks and electronic filing of documents.
