Job summary

UPM is seeking a Rebate Management Specialist to join its team at UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland. The role involves taking full responsibility for rebate processes across markets, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting the sales organization with rebate-related matters.

You will prepare reports, ensure data accuracy, and generate billing documents while driving continuous process improvements in a hybrid work model in Wrocław.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility of the rebate process across assigned markets and customer portfolios.
• Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient rebate setup.
• Work closely with the sales organization, providing expert support on all rebate-related matters.
• Prepare and deliver periodic reports for customers and internal sales teams.
• Monitor and review customer account information to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Generate billing documents in compliance with applicable tax and legal requirements.
• Drive and implement continuous process improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Take full responsibility of the rebate process across assigned markets and customer portfolios

Additional Information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Rebate & Billing Operations.
