Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is hiring a Junior Client Service Representative to join our Custody Account Opening Hub Team. Location: Kraków, Poland.

Full-time, hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote for eligible staff. You will process custody account opening requests, validate due diligence documents, and provision user access to the BBH Infuse portal, while upholding BBH policies and delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Strong English skills (C1).
• BA/BS degree, and/or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and resolve issues.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Processing of custody account opening requests submitted by BBH corporate and direct clients in cooperation with other team members and client service groups.
• Validating and uploading client due diligence documentation connected with account opening process.
• Provisioning of client users’ access to BBH Infuse portal.
• Ensuring high quality of services by our team in accordance to BBH policies and procedures to minimize risks involved in the process and to satisfy clients’ needs.
• Ensuring that desktop procedures and internal trackers are up to date and that knowledge is shared within the team.
• Taking part in process improvement initiatives and projects.

Join us as a Junior Client Service Representative! Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Client Service Representative to join our Krakow Custody Account Opening Hub Team.

Location: Kraków

Type of work: Full-time

Hybrid model: Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

Responsibilities

• Processing of custody account opening requests submitted by BBH corporate and direct clients in cooperation with other team members and client service groups
