Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) Krakow is seeking a Global Relationship Excellence Shared Services Billing Analyst to manage fee schedules, set up client invoices, and link fees to accounts. You will support Relationship and Sales Managers and help build a Billing Center of Excellence in Krakow.

The role requires 3+ years in financial services, strong client service skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Financial Services or Banking industry experience.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Ability to liaise across departments/functions for research and analysis.
• Understanding of the financial services industry, investment vehicles, and legal structures.
• Experience in Client Invoicing or Internal Audit in Financial Services is a plus.
• Strong client services and relationship management excellence.
• Professional communication skills, verbal and written.
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Global Relationship Excellence Shared Services Billing Analyst Global Relationship Excellence Shared Services (“RE Shared Services”) is responsible for key components of the fee schedule and client invoicing set-up processes, including, but may not be limited to- fee schedule generation, internal coordination of various instructions to set up the client invoice, account linkage to fee schedule, and receivables management. The RE Shared Services team is expanding its current role in supporting Relationship and Sales Managers in performing these responsibilities through the creation of a Billing Center of Excellence in Krakow.
