Under limited supervision, the Real Time Payments Analyst supports U.S. Bank’s 24x7x365 Immediate Payments operating environment. This role is responsible for monitoring, researching, reconciling, documenting, and escalating activity related to Real-Time Payments (RTP) and FedNow, primarily during weekends, holidays, and other non-standard business hours. The analyst ensures timely and accurate payment processing while supporting operational risk management and service continuity across business‑critical payment platforms.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, timely decision‑making, and adherence to established procedures. The analyst is responsible for appropriately escalating issues that may impact customer experience, financial exposure, regulatory obligations, or U.S. Bank’s reputation. Accurate documentation and compliance with policies, standards, and procedures are essential.
Tuesday- Saturday - 7am - 3pm
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
