Job Description

As a Junior Premier Account Executive, you will serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned business clients, building strong relationships and providing high-quality operational support. You will research and resolve client inquiries, support account administration, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned business clients.
  • Research and resolve operational inquiries, complaints, and account issues.
  • Support client onboarding, program implementations, and account administration.
  • Assist with delinquency management and account adjustments.
  • Promote electronic and web-based solutions to improve client processes.
  • Provide client training, updates, and timely follow-up on inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate portfolio records and report service or operational issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Manage multiple client requests, priorities, and deadlines.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Typically two to three years of customer service or client support experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle client complaints and inquiries professionally and tactfully.
  • Good telephone skills, including active listening, courtesy, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of relevant products, services, and operational processes.
  • Ability to use computer systems to prepare reports and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ability to perform interest calculations and account adjustments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
