Job summary

SIX in Warsaw is seeking a Real-Time Data Service Specialist to monitor real-time market data feeds, coordinate incident resolution, and ensure service availability around the clock. You will collaborate with customers, data sources, and internal teams to deliver reliable data services.

The role sits at the intersection of data operations, customer support, and technical troubleshooting, leveraging data expertise and analytical thinking to manage time-critical incidents and drive service

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex data flows and customer impact scenarios.
• Experience in production support, incident management, monitoring, or market data services is desirable.
• Understanding of IT systems, APIs, networking, and data processing; scripting/automation skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform data monitoring and quality management for incoming data feeds from exchanges and contributors, including anomaly detection and cleanup.
• Act as central coordinator for real-time incidents end-to-end, triage, assess customer impact, coordinate stakeholders, and communicate with customers.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues across data delivery, APIs, networking, and service operations to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide operational expertise and technical consultancy by maintaining customer context and supporting onboarding activities.
• Drive service reliability and continuous improvement through monitoring enhancements, release readiness, automation, and issue analysis.
• Work 24/5 shifts (7 hours) with colleagues in Warsaw and around the globe.
