Job summary

Genpact Kraków is seeking a Payroll/HR specialist to manage payroll activities, financial reporting, and cost-centre allocations in a fast-paced setting. You will ensure accuracy, comply with laws, and support colleagues and customers with complex questions, using SAP and Excel tools where needed.

Fluent English is required; Dutch and Czech language skills are a plus as processes are conducted in English. The role emphasizes automation, macro-based improvements, and accurate financial controls

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in HR and/or payroll with knowledge of applicable laws.
• Experience in an organization with multiple collective labor agreements.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP is a big plus.
• Advanced Excel, preferably with macros.
• Good communication in Dutch and English; processes run in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage various financial reports.
• Handle incoming bank transactions, research them, and allocate to correct cost centers.
• Monitor net wages and adjust where necessary.
• Create and rebook debtor lists.
• Manage subsidy funds (LKV, ZWERD) and transfer to cost centers.
• Answer and analyse financial issues from the customer within timelines.
• Resolve line items at employee level in accounting.
• Contribute ideas to optimize processes, including automation and quality via macros.
• Support colleagues and customers with complex questions.
• Match various accounts.
