Job summary

Valeo, a leading global automotive supplier, is seeking an Engineering professional to lead the launch of smart actuators and hydraulic systems at our Czechowice-Dziedzice plant. You will develop integration tests, perform validation, and drive bug fixes within an ambitious R&D environment.

Requirements include an engineering degree and 3+ years in automotive/system engineering, with strong CAN/LIN and lab skills, plus English and Polish proficiency. A-Spice/AUTOSAR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with field in Mechatronics, Electronics, or similar.
• 3+ years of Automotive/Industrial System Engineering experience.
• Lab skills: oscilloscope, multimeter, reading electrical circuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of smart actuators & hydraulic systems (motors, inverters, oil pumps).
• Develop and execute integration test scripts (functional & non-functional).
• Conduct full validation/verification and manage bug fixing/incidents.
• Shape R&D System Engineering Methodology according to A-Spice standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of smart actuators & hydraulic systems (motors, inverters, oil pumps).
• Develop and execute integration test scripts (functional & non-functional).
• Conduct full validation/verification and manage bug fixing/incidents.
• Shape R&D System Engineering Methodology according to A-Spice standards.

Requirements

• Degree: Engineering (Mechatronics, Electronics, or similar).
• Exp: 3+ years in Automotive/Industrial System Engineering.
• Lab Skills: Oscilloscope, multimeter, electrical circuit reading.
• Communication: CAN/LIN protocols & Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer).
• Languages: Fluent English & Polish.
• Nice to have: Standards: ISO 26262, A-Spice, or AUTOSAR.
• Tools: LabView, DOORS, or Polarion.
