Hitachi Energy Poland Sp. z o.o. in Lodz invites applications for an R&D Project Manager to lead cross‑functional projects shaping next‑gen energy technologies.

You will drive initiatives from concept to delivery, coordinating global teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget and high‑quality outcomes. The role requires data‑driven decision making, proactive risk management and clear stakeholder communication in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in R&D or technical project management in energy or similar industrial environments.
• Fluency in English required.
• PM certification preferable (PMP, Prince2, CAPM).

Your background

• Master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.

• Familiarity with transformers and product development is a plus.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and technologies relevant to the energy sector, enabling effective communication with technical teams.
• Ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and develop data‑driven solutions to overcome challenges and optimize performance.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Skilled in project management tools and familiar with gate model.
• PM certification preferable (PMP, Princ2, CAPM).
• Comfortable working in international, cross‑cultural teams.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
