Job summary

Electrolux Poland Spolka z o.o. in Zabrze is seeking an R&D Project Leader to drive new product introductions and technology modules, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with platform and subsystem structures from definition to production.

The role requires degree in engineering, at least three years as a project leader in R&D product development, and strong English. PMP certification is preferred; you will report in CP and steering committee meetings and manage investments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects in areas such as new platform or subsystem projects, new features and aesthetic design, cost reduction, quality improvement, and platform or subsystem standardization.
• Drive and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Support and drive projects from definition to series production approval.
• Report in CP-meetings/steering team meetings.
• Create investment requests when applicable.
• Ensure assured safety and quality standards are met.

Role Description: The R&D Project Leader is responsible for leading new project introduction or technology modules as directed by the Generation Plan. This role involves driving and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver project results, ensuring that new products/projects fit into the platform and subsystem structure, and supporting projects from definition to series production approval.
