Job summary

Hitachi Energy Poland is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager at Krakow site to support the delivery of innovative projects within the Power Electronics Program. You will coordinate activities across multidisciplinary engineering teams and laboratories, with a clear path toward a Project Manager position.

The role collaborates with project managers, leads, labs, and stakeholders to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Project Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years in project coordination/PM or R&D environments.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Fluent English in written and spoken.
• Experience in R&D, power electronics, energy, automotive, industrial, or technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the Power Electronics Program.
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering teams, laboratories, and stakeholders.
• Assist project leaders in ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
• Prepare project documentation and maintain project records.
• Organize project meetings, workshops, and technical reviews.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders
