Qualifications

• Master degree in mechanical / electrical engineering.
• Experience with Design for Assembly/Manufacturing or Should cost analyses.
• Passionate about creating cost effective product concepts and design improvements.
• Ability to demonstrate up to 3-4 years of experience in product or part designing.
• Analytical but also out of box thinking.
• Able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Work as an independent and reliable contributor in R&D projects with limited supervision.
• Lead or support R&D teams with cost reduction activities for energy distribution products (Design for Assembly/Manufacturing and Should Cost analysis).
• Facilitate workshops with international cross-functional teams.
• Prepare documentation and present analysis results to customers.
