Job summary

OPmobility is seeking an WCE Engineer to drive the World Class Engineering deployment in the BG R&D group in Kraków, Poland. The role focuses on implementing WCE pillars, promoting the WCE culture, and monitoring performance across engineering functions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and support cost deployment initiatives to quantify savings and improve efficiency. The position is based in Kraków and involves an international, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and KPIs.
• Fluent in English; ability to work in international environment.
• Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and sustainability of the World Class Engineering (WCE) methodology across the BG R&D organization.
• Promote the WCE mindset and culture through SharePoint and internal communication channels.
• Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of WCE pillar activities.
• Support the communication and visibility of WCE initiatives, achievements, and best practices.
• Participate in Cost Deployment activities to understand financial impact of engineering activities.
• Monitor and confirm forecasted savings and report results.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to cost performance and efficiency improvements.
• Work closely with WCE pillar leaders to support deployment activities and ensure alignment across functions.
• Foster a collaborative network between pillar leaders and stakeholders.
• Encourage sharing of knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices across the organization.
• Support activities related to engineering applications, project management, quality, and PMO through WCE deployment and monitoring.
• Contribute to follow-up of KPIs and deployment objectives.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and ensuring alignment with WCE standards.
