Techland in Poland is seeking a Quest Designer to craft engaging open‑world RPG quests for our iconic titles. You will collaborate with the Narration team and a cross‑disciplinary quest strike team to bring stories to life, owning your area from concept to polish.

The role requires at least 3 years in games, strong storytelling, English fluency, and a proactive team player mindset. Jira reporting and iterative workflows are part of daily life in a dynamic studio environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in the gaming industry.
• At least 1 year as Quest Designer or similar.
• Experience creating game narration.
• Understand narrative vs gameplay in open-world RPGs.
• Born storyteller with proactive ownership.
• Team player who accepts feedback.
• Strong curiosity about the video game industry.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain engaging quests for players.
• Collaborate with Narration, Level Design, Open World, Animation, Audio, QA.
• Own quest area in an interdisciplinary quest strike team.
• Work with Quest Producer/Director to maintain vision.
• Iterate based on director feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative solutions.
• Report and track progress in Jira.
