Job summary

Activision Blizzard in Warsaw is seeking a Quest Designer to join Elsewhere Entertainment in developing a new IP. You’ll craft engaging quest experiences and implement content that players explore and enjoy, contributing to a cohesive game world.

As part of the Content Team, you’ll collaborate with quest, narrative and level design, plus engineers, to refine pipelines, deliver polished quests, and communicate the design vision across departments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional Game Designer.
• Experience with technical game design (implementation in tools, game logic, visual scripting).
• Ability to work independently and own tasks in a confidential environment.
• Creative problem-solving with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Strong written and verbal skills for pitching concepts.
• Excellent organization to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the quest, narrative, level design teams and other departments to craft cohesive game experiences.
• Collaborate with Quest and Narrative Designers and Engineers to develop pipelines and processes of the Quest Design team.
• Designing and implementing functional quests using company tools.
• Help express the story's vision via exploration, dialogue, gameplay, and activities.
• Providing constructive feedback on others’ work.
• Acting as a liaison to other departments to convey design vision.
