Job summary

nVent is seeking a quality-focused professional to lead problem-solving activities and ensure process validations across products and manufacturing. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality teams, analyze data, and support QMS objectives while training others on standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, CAD experience, reading schematics, GD&T knowledge, and English proficiency, with at least two years in quality/manufacturing. ERP experience (M3) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires reading schematics, technical drawings, and process documentation.
• GD&T knowledge is a plus.
• English skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem-solving activities related to products and manufacturing processes with support from the Quality Engineer.
• Perform process validations, in-process inspections, and monitor quality of manufacturing processes and products.
• Support design, manufacturing, and quality teams in data collection, analysis, product reviews, and process capability assessments.
• Understand and develop processes aligned with Quality Management System (QMS) objectives and train others on requirements and standards.
• Conduct internal ISO audits and support audits in designated areas.
