Job summary

nVent in Poland seeks a quality professional to represent the Quality function, build customer trust, and ensure processes meet stringent standards across manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers.

You will lead defect reduction, manage NCRs and external issues, and support APQP activities for new launches with PFMEA/Control Plans/GR&R/FAI. Fluency in Polish and English is required, with 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality-related processes.
• Experience leading technical or production teams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Quality function and liaise with customers to build confidence in processes.
• Engage with customers at multiple levels, addressing concerns and aligning on quality expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, operations and suppliers.
• Lead defect reduction initiatives and disposition of nonconformities with corrective actions.
• Manage NCRs and external quality issues from identification to resolution.
• Support APQP activities for new product launches (PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R, FAI).
