Job summary

nVent is seeking a quality-focused professional to lead problem-solving activities and ensure process validations across products and manufacturing. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality teams, analyze data, and support QMS objectives while training others on standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, CAD experience, reading schematics, GD&T knowledge, and English proficiency, with at least two years in quality/manufacturing. ERP experience (M3) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Leading problem-solving activities related to both products and manufacturing processes, with support from the Quality Engineer.
• Performing process validations, in-process inspections, and monitoring and analyzing the quality of manufacturing processes and products.
• Supporting design, manufacturing, and quality teams in data collection, analysis, product reviews, and process capability assessments.
• Understanding, following, and developing processes aligned with Quality Management System (QMS) objectives, as well as training other employees on QMS requirements and standards.
• Conducting internal audits in accordance with ISO standards and supporting audits in designated areas.
• Preparing formal First Article Inspection (FAI) reports for customer and internal use.
• Selecting and using appropriate measurement tools and equipment to verify dimensional and functional requirements.
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with cross‑functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, Production Planning, and Logistics.
• Leading or supporting activities to maintain the calibration status of inspection, testing, and measurement equipment.
• Performing other quality‑related duties as assigned.

YOU HAVE:

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and process documentation.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is a plus.
• English skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment.
• CAD experience.
• Ability to use measurement tools and techniques.
• Experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) is preferred.

Skills

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Polish & English.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to interpret order requirements, quotations, and technical drawings and make sound judgments.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, coating thickness gauges, and similar equipment.
• Skilled in identifying root causes of routine issues and developing effective corrective actions and recommendations.
• Ability to interpret and apply Quality System procedures, ISO standards, and related documentation.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of M3 is an advantage.

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location.

Monthly Gross Compensation Range: zł6,433.30 - zł13,366.70 Per Month

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long‑term incentives.
