nVent Poland is seeking a seasoned Quality Engineer to own the quality function, act as the primary liaison for customers, and drive reliable, compliant products across manufacturing.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage NCRs and external quality issues, perform root cause analyses, conduct PFMEA and APQP activities for new launches, and report quality metrics.

Fluent Polish and English (B2), at least five years in manufacturing or quality roles, and on-site in Dzierżoniów are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent Polish and English (B2).
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or quality processes.
• Experience leading technical/production teams in manufacturing.
• APQP-PPAP and ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor training preferred.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and quality systems.
• Experience using optical, multi-sensor, and scanning inspection equipment preferred.
• Experience supporting quality initiatives across multiple sites.
• Regular reporting of quality data and performance metrics.
• Creation and maintenance of quality and production work instructions.
• Knowledge of 8D, RCCM, Ishikawa, A3, and PFMEA.
