AUTODOC Group is seeking a driven Quality OPS Manager to ensure the effective management of employees and processes within the Quality area across our warehouses. You will develop the Quality Team, lead quality projects, and standardize processes in the department.

You will build a middle management layer between the Quality Director and site Quality Teams, drive ICQA initiatives, and coordinate daily operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost optimization.

Formación

• 2–3 years in a similar quality/ops role.
• Experience in large-scale warehouse operations and ICQA audits.
• Proven team management of distributed processes.
• Strong ICQA understanding: process and finance.
• Analytical, structured problem solving with a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Power BI, Metabase).
• PM/Lean/Visual Management knowledge.
• Familiarity with Ishikawa diagrams, flowcharts, Pareto, LEAN tools.
• Good communication with stakeholders.
• High English, basic Polish.

Responsabilidades

• Build middle management layer between the Quality Director and warehouse teams.
• Create ICQA role; define workflows for audits and WMS 2.0.
• Coordinate daily quality activities across warehouses; lead Q-OPS meetings.
• Standardize processes focusing on safety, efficiency, and cost.
• Analyze quality data; build reports; define action plans.
• Apply structured problem-solving methods and communicate findings.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
