Job summary

HUBER+SUHNER is seeking a Quality Manager ADAS BU to lead the quality function across product development, industrialization, serial production and field activities. You will ensure compliance with automotive standards and drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction within the ADAS Business Unit.

The role demands strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high quality, support audits, and deliver robust quality

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in automotive quality management (OEM, Tier 1 or Tier 2).
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 and automotive core tools.
• Experience in customer quality, APQP, PPAP, audits and problem solving.
• Leadership experience in quality teams or cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical, communication and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate quality activities within BU ADAS.
• Drive product and manufacturing quality performance.
• Manage APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC and 8D processes.
• Coordinate customer complaints, root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Support internal, customer and certification audits.
• Monitor and improve quality KPIs (PPM, complaints, SCRs, scrap, rework, COPQ, audit findings).
• Identify and elevate quality and customer risks.
• Promote continuous improvement and preventive quality methods.
• Coach and develop quality competencies across the organization.
• Act as key quality interface for customers, projects and internal stakeholders.

About The Role
