Molex in Siemianowice Śląskie, Poland, seeks a Quality Management Systems Engineer to drive conformity with IATF 16949 and VDA standards across automotive projects.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education (preferred in Production/Mechanical/Quality).
• Minimum 3 years in Quality Management Systems in automotive (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3).
• Experience implementing and auditing IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, 8D, MSA.
• Excellent communication and ability to conduct trainings.
• Good command of English; Polish language fluent for written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QMS per IATF 16949 and VDA requirements.
• Develop and manage plant quality documentation.

We are looking for an Quality Management Systems Engineer to join our team Molex located in Siemianowice Śląskie, Poland.

Our Team

The Quality Management Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring product and process conformity in line with IATF 16949 and VDA standards. The role includes developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems within the automotive sector.

What You Will Do

• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems in accordance with IATF 16949 and VDA requirements.
• Develop and manage quality documentation within the plant.
• Coordinate second- and third-party audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) and monitor corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with Production and R&D to ensure compliance with customer and process requirements.
• Conduct internal trainings on quality standards and system requirements.
• Support certification and recertification processes.
• Perform internal audits and verify effectiveness of improvement activities.
• Review customer-specific requirements and support gap analysis.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Higher technical education (preferably Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within the automotive industry (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3).
• Practical experience in implementing and auditing IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, 8D, MSA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct training.
• Good command of English (documentation and international communication).
• Fluent written and spoken Polish.
